Evergreen Salon is a booth rental salon for independent stylists who are looking to be a part of a collaborative team. We aim to provide our clientele with the knowledge they need to make educated decisions about their beauty journey in a professional yet relaxed environment. Our team mission revolves around respect– for our community, our guests, and each other.

Each of us has the space to grow in our own unique areas of specialty while also having the resources that a cohesive team provides. Our industry has been shifting for some time now, and we are so here for it. You won’t find non-competes or year-long leases here. Our goal is for you to want to stay and thrive with us. If you come to work with us for a time and then a different opportunity would better fit your career goals, we will wish you well with absolutely no hard feelings.

Evergreen is owned by two former commission stylists who know what it’s like to make the leap to being your own boss. We want you to be successful while also working your dream schedule and offering services you love to do. When you do what you love, the feeling is contagious. And work/life balance is something we all deserve.

All of our salon policies and procedures are based on research, experience, and top of the line salon-specific business coaching. When a salon runs smoothly, the stylists have the freedom and flexibility to learn and grow exponentially. We certainly realized this over the course of our first year of working together! If you have an idea or need guidance, we are here for you with encouragement and support.

Our Team
Our stylists are driven, caring, passionate, and take their careers seriously. We are careful to only bring in people who connect with our mission. Those who are negative, unmotivated, and don’t care to connect are not invited to join our team. You can have peace of mind that when you work with us you will love who you are standing next to.

Our stylists are also committed to continuing their education, so we are constantly on the lookout for new industry standards and techniques. If you find an educator or an education platform you love, we want you to share! We always welcome new ideas, and we love learning new techniques and formulas. For new stylists who join us, we also have a monthly focus while also being open to suggestions.

Your Clients
Get ready to treat your clients to an incredible salon experience. So many of our clients remark how relaxing our salon space is. Some even arrive early just to sit in our lobby, look out our gorgeous windows, and just have a moment to themselves. In addition to a great and historic space, all of our stylists choose to embrace the standards of service we have outlined in our lease, which ensures your guests’ experiences are the best we can make them. After all, people come to the salon to escape the outside world for a bit while indulging in self care. It was even our main inspiration for naming the salon.

We proudly provide towels, a hot towel warmer, robes (if desired), a stocked coffee and tea bar with snacks, purified water, and an online booking platform that is updated regularly. We also have this website and social media to help promote your business, both of which are updated frequently. Additional marketing and boosted ads are also available throughout the year.
