Ah, the very un-sexy part of the salon. We know that things happen, and in the event they do, we have to mention our salon policies.

Deposits: For any color service over 3 hours, your stylist may choose to contact/invoice you for a 50% down-payment to hold your appointment spot. (This fee is 50% of the booked appointment charge.) Our hours in the salon are limited, so we have to maximize them. This 50% fee is a down-payment and applies to the overall price of your salon experience with us. It is also non-refundable should you choose to cancel or need to reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment (See Cancellation Policy below). A 3+ hour appointment that no one shows up to is a loss for your stylist and the list of clients who could have come to that appointment. We hope you understand, and we thank you for your consideration in this matter.

Refund policy–50% deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is cancelled or rescheduled within the 48 hour window before the appointment since it is unlikely the stylist will be able to fill an appointment on such short notice.

If we send you home with a hair care product you are unsatisfied with, we will accept exchanges at full credit within 14 days.

Cancellation policy–Please contact your stylist should you need to cancel within the 48 hour window before your appointment.  Half of the cancelled appointment value will need to be paid to the stylist before rescheduling the next appointment. Cancellations within 48 hours of the appointment are unlikely to be filled by the stylist in such a short time frame.  Once the 50% fee is paid to your stylist, you will be able to reschedule your appointment.  50% deposits (mentioned above) are non-refundable and non-transferable if the appointment is canceled within the 48 hour window.
