New Guest Experiences

Not sure what kind of appointment to book? We have 2 choices for new guests that can make booking your first appointment with us just a little easier.

Choice 1- Book a Color Consultation
We require a consultation before booking any color/lightening service. This is for several reasons:
-We need to evaluate your current hair condition, texture, porosity, etc.
-We want to make sure we book enough time for your appointment.
-You can talk to us about your hair goals, any past hair experiences that you loved, the way you are wanting to style your hair, and/or the products you are using.
-You can meet your stylist and make sure our salon is the right fit for you.
-You can check out the parking situation and have a less stressful experience on the day of your color/lightening appointment.

Choice 2- Book a New Client Hair Cut

Do you know you need a cut? Would you like to try our guest experience before committing to the full color appointment? Booking a New Client Hair Cut is a great way to get to know your stylist and experience our super comfortable shampoo chairs. All of the consultation points above will happen, but you and your stylist will have a full hour to discuss all the things. This also gives your stylist a great feel for your hair’s current condition. We do ask that if you have very thick or long hair (1.5 inch+ diameter ponytail and/or hair past your shoulder blades), please to book the Thick/Long Hair cut option.

If you don’t exactly know what you want for your color, or you’re not quite sure what “low maintenance color” might mean for you, this is a perfect opportunity to learn about how to transition to the low maintenance hair lifestyle. Your stylist will also be able to evaluate your face shape, your features, and what tonal color palette might work best with your current lifestyle needs. Low Maintenance Color is our specialty, so we love talking about it. Ask us all the questions!

PLEASE NOTE: If you do not receive an automated text that your stylist has accepted the appointment request within 24 hours, then you do not have an appointment in our system. You will receive a confirmation text from an automated number 72 hours before your appointment with a link to confirm and an online form to read and sign. You have 24 hours before you enter the 48 hours cancellation fee window, after which time you will not be able to cancel the appointment online (please visit our Policies page for more info). You will need to email your stylist or text the salon phone number that you are needing to cancel or reschedule if it is within the 48 hour window before your appointment.
